This was my first time using a property management company and it's been a great experience. The company was highly recommended by real estate contacts and I can see why. I've been working with Heidi and throughout the process she's been very professional, communicative and supportive. Highly recommend.
I had scheduled a tour with Sanjeev for an apartment today (11/8/2025) at 4pm. I arrived at 3:55pm and waited for Sanjeev to arrive. Around 4:07 I called Sanjeev to confirm he was on his way and my call was immediately forwarded. My partner and I waited until 4:15 before deciding to just leave. Really unfortunate as the apartment looked so nice based on pictures I saw in the Zillow posting. Everything happens for a reason. Pay attention to the 1 star reviews when you see them friends.
Heidi was so patient and friendly in her dealings with me to get us approved for a new rental. She is very professional but also warm, friendly and caring. She is always quick to respond with any questions or concerns.
So very pleased with Thomas Ryan Realtors. They quickly found a buyer for a rather difficult property.
