Extremely disappointed with the quality of work. We hired Thomas roofing and repair for a full roof replacement, and it leaked during the very first rainstorm afterward. When I looked closer, I saw crooked shingles and exposed nails in several areas. I've tried calling them to come out and fix the 'warranty' work, but they haven't returned my messages. Save yourself the headache and hire a professional who stands by their craftsmanship."

My experience with Thomas Roofing was thoroughly frustrating. Michael insisted on giving me incessant, trivial updates under the guise of "keeping me informed." Instead of feeling at ease, I felt like I was being managed and couldn't trust them to simply do the job without my constant oversight. From the initial estimate, which felt like a sales pitch, to the drawn-out execution, the entire process was an exhausting exercise in over-communication and underwhelming results
