A very disappointing detailing place. I have brought my vehicle after rodent damage on my vehicle. The vehicle had one crucial issues more than just a rodent. The previous repair shop which is ,CarStar repair shop Henderson, left crucial wire unplugged while they were repairing the driver side door and the left rear passenger door. The single wire was so important to run the engine. Therefore, the car was stalling out at first and after a while it completely became underivable at the time I dropped off to Thomas Restoration.... read more
Very satisfied with customer service, polite staff and helpful. Price very reasonable
Mpi finally issued me a ED072 form for the damage that was done to my vehicle at Thomas Restoration so I didn't need to go to small claims court. They felt they shouldn't have to replace parts they broke and threw away. Vehicle wasn't cleaned properly either, had to take it to another place. Not worth the hassle, stay away.
