Incredibly slow service, car has been sitting there for over 3 weeks and the problem has still not been investigated. Every time I call I am told there is 1 job before my car goes in, I try not to call frequently and limit it to once a week at most. Apparently that time line means nothing as it depends when parts come in for other jobs. We had a Kia Forte with water in the engine due to the big 2026 storm in Winnipeg. Eric was very helpful in explaining the process and working with MPI to get the claim completed. The car runs better than ever since the engine was replaced by Eric's team.
