What a horrible experience I had with Thomas Reed and his staff. The secretary (Lisa) is a very rude individual who I never see smiling. Lisa has an appearance as if she does not like working there and I see her treat customers poorly. The therapy staff did not do a good job in assisting me. The facility stinks with a stench and every machine, table, ball, etc. is filthy. I put in a request to have my medical records released to me (which has to be given to me within 15 days by state law), but Lisa has refused to give them t... read more

I'm always impressed by how much they go out of their way to make me feel respected and important. I've never seen any specialist treat their patients with more respect. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here.
