Let me start off by saying that the location of Burbank Center Apartments is absolutely prime - located right in the heart of Downtown Burbank. The apartments themselves are very nice. But when something breaks, it has been a nightmare to get the maintenance team to come out. If I put in a work order, they do not reach out to set up an appointment. I always have to follow up with management. The quality of work that they do is generally pretty bad as well, and often times the problem is patched rather than completely fixed. ... read more
