Dr. Raj stands out as one of the most brilliant and knowledgeable General Practitioners I have come accross. He meticulously examines your symptoms and takes the time to clearly explain his diagnoses. Despite having GPs nearer to my location who offer extended hours, I still prefer consulting with Dr. Raj.
Dr. Raj's behavior during our encounter was deeply disrespectful and unprofessional. When an error occurred with his administration and we were told to bring it to his attention by his receptionist, instead of handling the situation calmly and responsibly, he chose to yell at us and place the blame on our shoulders, accusing us of wasting his time.
