I’ve known Dr Highland for over 30 years. He has taken great care of me. And continue to do so ! He has also seen my husband for back issues. We’ve both had back surgeries under Dr Highland.

This was my first visit with Dr. Highland. I was very impressed. He was very thorough. He asked me various questions about my back then followed up with x-rays. Afterward he took me to see the X-rays and explained what I was looking at in detail. Then he discussed what I’ll be doing for back. He gave me all the information to set up an appointment with a specific PT.
I love Columbia Orthopedic Group! They are knowledgeable, practical, caring and comforting. They have never let me down, of course they aren't perfect, but they strive to be the best they can. Dr. Thomas Highland has treated my back for years and later, surgery. He didn't rush me into it and walked me through the whole process. His staff is fabulous. Dr. Highland also treated my dad and others I've known and he's been the same with all of them. I trust him completely. Done hesitate to call!

Dr Highland has treated me since 1996. He's performed 9 spinal surgeries on me. That should tell you I trust him & his knowledge, diagnostic skills, & surgical skills. I didn't even sit down in the waiting room yesterday I was called back so quick. I waited in the exam room maybe 2 min before he saw me.
Great doctor would recommend him to all my family and anyone that needs a great caring doctor
