For $4,000, you expect a functional level of organization, communication, and clinical care. Unfortunately, none of those were delivered. Right off the bat, communication is virtually nonexistent. I had a really good experience with the Sleep Center of Colorado. The front desk was always easy to communicate with and very pleasant to deal with. The doctor took the time to go over my sleep study results with me, explained everything clearly, and gave me a few different options moving forward. They also handled everything with my insurance, so I really didn’t have to do much on my end. The whole process was easy, professional, and more affordable than I expected. I would definitely recommend them.

Terrible communication, incompetent staff, and a prime example of why Colorado's surprise billing law was enacted. I was referred here by my PCP for an oral appliance. At 9:46 a.m. July 9, I left a message requesting an appointment. I received no return call. I called again July 20 and explained I'd left a message, no one had called back, and I needed to make an appointment. The receptionist did not acknowledge that no one had returned my call. I spent months trying to get an oral appliance for my sleep apnea through this company and ultimately got nowhere. The financing process was confusing and felt extremely unprofessional, and no one could provide clear answers or real solutions. In the end, I was left with wasted time, ongoing sleep apnea issues, and no device after months of effort and stress. They are partnered with dedicated Sleep, which is just as worse of a company.

I had a wonderful experience from start to finish at here! Diagnosed with mild to moderate sleep apnea, the doctor here was able to fix my sleeping issues with their dental mouthguard. He was very knowledgeable, caring and patient throughout the practice. The staff were also wonderful throughout and created a very welcoming experience.
