Rented from him previously and it was horrid. Nothing was ever fixed. We constantly had issues with the neighbor and he was constantly favored because he did the poorly done grounds work. We had to drop off rent in a cigar shop (you smelled horrible after leaving). He was just sooo unprofessional

I just received a very long email response to my unfavorable review. As expected, there was no apology or attempt to make things right. Just a list of justifications and excuses in defending his behavior including why it took a year to fix the HVAC. He claims that because I wasn't there when he came into my office and bullied my staff that I could not pass judgement on how they were treated. He's right . . . I wasn't there. I'm a tenant, not a property owner. Not sure where to start. I've dealt with property managers in Colo. Spgs. for over 30 years. Tom is truly the worst. He's rude. Intimidates my female employees. Poor communicator-won't respond to requests. I have to go to the owner to get things done. There are several examples I could cite, but space wont allow. The AC in my office did not work.
