Dr. Pham was great. While it appears he's based out of Florida, he's licensed all across the country (yay telemedicine) and I was paired with him here in St Louis for a telemedicine visit. He was super quick to address my visit and provide a comprehensive, multi-faceted treatment plan. I've wanted to see a derm for a year now for this issue, but I could never find anyone in-network and accepting new patients, even when accounting for moving to a new state and having a new pot of doctors to pick from. I just had a phone consultation with Dr. Pham and he addressed my exact concerns so well and really put me at ease! I had just been told by another doc to discontinue all topicals and take these pills which sounded so wrong to me. Dr. Pham explained why the pills were no longer needed and how the skin was affected long term putting my mind at ease. Now I am confident we are doing the right thing! Thank you Dr. Pham!!
