Did this provider seem irritated to be working with you? Not at all, they were glad to help me with anything I needed Do you trust this dentist to only recommend dental procedures you need? Absolutely! I'm very confident they have my best interest in mind Does this provider adhere to the customer is always right policy? Absolutely, the customer is always right here

The dentist was friendly and accommodating. I felt very welcome and comfortable the whole time. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. They keep the restrooms well-stocked here, and not just with the basics. There is mouthwash, lotion and other amenities. You can tell they want their clients to be as comfortable as possible. Was this provider argumentative or easily angered? Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met Was this provider's office easy to locate? Fairly Easy Would you refer this provider to a family or friend? Yes Does this provider have helpful information available online? No, just a basic listings page

Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else? Yes! I know that I would have gotten better service anywhere else! Does this provider treat every client equally? Yes, they don't show favoritism Was this provider's office clean? Yes! I was amazed at how clean it was! How would you compare this provider to others in his/her field that you have visited? There is no comparison! Was this provider late to your appointments? No, they were on time

Was the waiting area spacious? Yes Was this provider's office too cold? No, it was fine Were you able to watch TV during your dental procedure? No, but I was able to read a magazine Does this provider give unbiased advice? Absolutely! I always get sound, helpful, and completely unbiased advice!

They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. I was confident that they were using the latest treatment methods. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have.
