The office runs efficiently, each person is friendly and knows what they are doing.
Pleasant and helpful
I was thankful they were able to schedule me the day after my urgent care visit, but was disappointed that after waiting 30 minutes in the exam room to be seen, it seemed to me the provider rushed to be through the appt and eye exam, taking less than 2 minutes, ignoring that the urgent care provider recommended the ophthalmologist look at something incidentally found under my eyelid which he dismissed.
Dr. Cowden is awesome!! Great personality!! Easy to talk to!! Talked to me like a human!! Next time I need more than my regular eye doctor, I will be calling Dr. Cowden!!
