Dr Cowden and his team were on time, friendly & professional! Very happy with care and treatment options, which were thoroughly and clearly explained.
Once i went into the office i was greeted with a smile and everyone were doing what needed to be done helping others. They made me feel like i was very important. Didn't have to wait long all my concerns were met
I recently had Cataract surgery. I was at the 68th street Grand Rapids Ophthalmology office 4 times in the last 4 months. I waited a minimum of 20-25 minutes after my appointment time before seeing someone on all 4 occasions. The 68th street office clearly does not value your time.
Everyone was really nice.
