I had my first visit with Dr. Osinowo about 2 weeks ago. Everything went well during the appointment, I explained my anxiety issues, I answered all of his questions. After a few hours I received my “clinical notes” on my MyChart. Dr. Osinowo put in my notes quite a few things that I did not say and some blatant lies! I was quite shocked when I read the notes and very upset to say the least. He contradicted himself in the notes saying one thing then further down saying the opposite. My appointment with Dr Osinowo was a great visit. Was nervous about starting with a new provider after Dr Mufti retired. I am pleased with my appointments.
