My appointment with Dr Osinowo was a great visit. Was nervous about starting with a new provider after Dr Mufti retired. I am pleased with my appointments.
Professional health care
Dr. Osinowo is very kind and caring, while maintaining a professional manner and a conscious awareness of not over prescribing medications. A truly wonderful doctor.
Normally very good rapport with Dr. Osinowo, but last Tuesday's visit, my husband and I felt rushed out of the visit while scheduling TMS appointments. Asked for refills for 2 medications and they fell through the cracks. Still trying to get refills, stopped in on Thursday and talked to receptionist who assured us they would be sent. Still waiting as of Sunday. Not sure what our next step would be as we have repeatedly called to refill medications and get sent to voice mail, we leave a message and never get a return call or ... read more
