They did not tell me anything about how my teeth would look after the braces, so I have no idea what to expect. It was just assumed that they would be straighter. Most of the time, they don't call me back for quite a while, but they've called me back quickly once or twice. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed. I was perturbed at how rude and unwelcoming they were. I thought I might catch a chill with how cold they were to me.
