I saw Dr. Omalev for my first prenatal appointment, I figured since he was older and more experienced I was in good hands. I feel like Google and the nurses on the phone provided me the answers to my questions more than he did for me. Initially, he insisted I get it because I was pregnant but I told him I am more comfortable taking it once I deliver the baby and at that time he said he would leave it alone. Honestly, that was easily the most thorough and informative obgyn appointment I've ever had. He's a smart quirky Dr who seems quite methodical in his approach to care. He looked my entire history up and broke everything down. He listed all of my options on paper along with the why's and why not's. He's not overtly polite. He's real.
