Great doc! So knowledgeable and very kind
I had an office visit with Dr Willcox this past Friday. He was very “generous” with his time and explained all my options for my hearing problems after a full examination . He asked me for questions for each of the options and took his time to make me understand each benefit. I would recommend him to my family. If I go the surgery route there’s no question I have full confidence in Dr Willcox to do the job.

I came to see Dr. Willcox a few months after I experienced sudden hearing loss and pulsatile tinnitus. I had seen a previous ENT physician that misdiagnosed it as an ear infection on several visits despite abnormal imaging, and after finally referring me to see a neurotology ENT physician I decided to see Dr. Willcox at Jefferson instead of continuing at Penn Medicine.
