I had an office visit with Dr Willcox this past Friday. He was very “generous” with his time and explained all my options for my hearing problems after a full examination . He asked me for questions for each of the options and took his time to make me understand each benefit. I would recommend him to my family. If I go the surgery route there’s no question I have full confidence in Dr Willcox to do the job.
THE BEST PERIOD
I came to see Dr. Willcox a few months after I experienced sudden hearing loss and pulsatile tinnitus. I had seen a previous ENT physician that misdiagnosed it as an ear infection on several visits despite abnormal imaging, and after finally referring me to see a neurotology ENT physician I decided to see Dr. Willcox at Jefferson instead of continuing at Penn Medicine. Didn’t even bother to review my hearing test with me and told me to call him if my symptoms bothered me. Why would I be there if my symptoms were not bothering me? What a waste of my time. Horrible doctor and I use the term doctor loosely.
