Dr. Jones and his team are excellent at explaining their surgical plans. However, in my case, changes were necessary during my reconstructive hip operation. The team fabricated a metal piece to hold my shattered hip together. They used their tools to fit the piece, preventing the need for a second surgery due to an unresolved issue during the initial procedure.
After taking a bad fall and breaking my hip (femur bone) I was rushed to Prisma Richland Hospital. Dr. jones performed hip surgery (along with medical assistants and nurses). They were all very professional and informative on what to expect. All I wanted was to be put in a deep sleep so I wouldn't feel any more pain while the surgery was happening. The most important function of a surgeon is to accurately evaluate injury and do best-method quality repairs. After a serious motorcycle wreck involving impact with an SUV, along with numerous injuries, I needed work on a broken fibula and impacted/crushed ankle.
