My brother passed away early this morning after his battle with lung and kidney cancer. My first opinion of Dr. Haldas was a man who was cold, distant and totally lacking in compassion or empathy. His robotic demeanor bordered on rudeness. Staff at Smilow for the most part were kind and helpful. Social worker Russ Todd was wonderful and treated my brother with compassion and was so helpful in taking each step of his treatment one day at a time.
