He is an outstanding doctor with a staff who does not care about your well being and hope that you can get an appointment with him. The staff don't care about retired military and their spouses, but we really like the doctor, that's why we won't leave.
He listens and tries to answer all your questions. I am glad to have a Dr so close to our location.

Dr Aguirre is without a doubt the BEST doctor in Jacksonville, he Truly cares for people. He's honestly the only doctor I am completely loyal to. If you are looking for a doctor that will be loyal to you then look NO MORE. Dr Aguirre was right across the street from my job which was very convenient, then he moved out towards the beach and I followed him. Unfortunately for me he is now in St. Augustine, but unfortunate for him I followed him there as well. Trust me when I say I will be Your FOREVER client!
Dr. Aguirre listens and is so willing to help answer all questions and concerns. He is the best doctor I have ever seen!
Would not allow me a refill of insulin before a scheduled appointment. "Office policy" dictated that the medication I take to continue living could not be refilled. When trying to schedule an appointment I was on hold for 20+ minutes. When someone answered, she was short, impatient and downright rude to me. Horrible practice and I would strongly recommend and advise against it.
Under Dr Aguirre's guidance, I have lost around 30 lbs this past year and have become more active. Since my husband died May last year, Dr Aguirre and his staff have given me emotional support. I enjoy going to this doctor very much because I get great care and feel very comfortable to discuss any part of my health.
Dr. Aguirre is amazing. I originally went to him because he was close to my house. Once he changed offices, I made the decision to stay with him as a patient. Very calm, pleasant experience!
What stood out is that Dr Aguirre let me take ownership of my care without trying to force medication.
