I had a beautiful, custom made, charm made for my Granddaughters 16th birthday present. They took great care in ensuring I received exactly what I wanted, and made every effort to provide it within my budget, as well as care taken in securing it to her bracelet in exactly the right spot. I have never been happier with a gift I have bought. The staff are all amazing and ensured it was beautifully presented on collection.

My partner and I went to Thomas Meihofer upon a recommendation from his Auntie who had gotten a ring from them which she loved. We had a great time choosing our rings and were helped by Angelica who made the process very easy! The rings arrived well within the estimated timeframe and we couldn't be happier with them!

I was wanting to get a nose ring adjusted in size and had called a few jewellers who weren't willing to take on the task. I popped in to Thomas Meihofer and although they said it wasn't something they typically do, they happily took on the job. I couldn't be happier with my nose ring and I'm so grateful you could alter it for me! Staff were all lovely and the whole process was very fast, easy, and straight forward.

Exceptional service and very accommodating. Everyone has unique needs when it comes to designing bespoke jewellery, but Thomas and the team provide a really clear idea of what can be done to help set expectations. We brought in an existing stone and could view what the ring would look like with computer-aided design (CAD) and try on a printed 3D model beforehand as well. Thanks for a great experience!
