RecommendedI have nothing but Good to say about Thomas Hospital! I’ve stayed three times. Twice for knee replacements and once for a shoulder replacement.
Needs tons of improvement! Next time I'll go to USA instead! The dr came in before lunch today and told me I was being discharged. Here it is now 2 and I'm still sitting in my room. No nurse or anyone has been in my room for 2 solid hours.(& that's not the first time that's happened, it has been every single day since Wednesday that I've had to go 2+ hours without anyone coming in my room & to call for help with the nurse button is useless)
RecommendedDr. Franklin is very thorough. And goes above and beyond for his patients.I have been under his care for about 3 years and I highly recommend him.
This woman that they hired is blasting my name every where even on her face book page this is not someone I would want working in a place such as this my name is Amanda black and this worker is a fake
I sat in the er for 5 hours and all i got was a nurse telling me the dr will be there in 15 minutes everytime i try to leave the dr never came in triage they asked my allergies and the nurse that did check on me ordered me a shot of medicine i told them im allergic too im glad i looked it up n seen what it was or i wouldve had that problem as well smh go to mobile dont go to thomas hospital
SICU staff is extremely rude. In particular RN Tracy, Sam and Pat. Dr. Pluscht has horrific bedside manor. I would not recommend this hospital to anyone. This unit has succeeded in leaving me with a bad impression of Thomas hospital. (The only positive thing I can say about SI is that Wyatt, the unit director, is kind and did take time to listen to our concerns/questions. His staff needs to learn a few pointers from him about customer service.)
Recommendedextremely kind and professional staff all around. well attentive to both mother and new baby. Could improve some amenities for dad. Remember, he is part of it too. It wouldn't hurt to supply a few items for his comfort as well.
