I have made many referrals to Dr. Krpan, most have seen the Doctor and like his practice very much.
Sisterly, helpful & responsible.
Called to become a new patient. First woman was impatient, didn’t ask why I called, then abruptly hung up. Called back, a man continued intake, seemed surprised I was the patient. When I said I wasn’t on meds, he said there’s a 2–3 month wait. Felt like I wasn’t worth their time because I wasn't a viable cash cow. If that’s policy, post it—don’t waste ours with cold, dismissive treatment.

My husband was diagnosed with cancer. Their office is always open and willing to help their patients. He walked in hoping for a sooner appointment, and the staff was happy to assist.
