Thomas was very professional yet easy to talk to.He quickly identified our issue gave us options and was not pushy at all. His prices were very competitive and there were tons of payments options once service was completed. He replace our shower faucet and shower head in our master bath.

Called this Co. to check a potential leak at my water meter. Tech responded and said he'd be there ASAP, was working close. When he arrived, he asked about the water heater. My response: Water heater? It's the water meter. I thought he misunderstood. His response, and I quote "I'm not asking to replace your heater. I'm asking because it matters. I came here free of charge to try and help you Call another Co. Had to post 1 star, since ZERO wasn't an option WOW !!!!!!!!!!!!

Supply line to our house had a leak, water was seeping through our basement wall. Tom was great to work with, very responsive, assessed the job, clearly explained the scope of the work and what probably caused the leak and gave me a fair quote for the repair. No surprises on the final bill. I will definitely be contacting Tom for any future plumbing needs and I would recommend him to anyone.
