when i call (numerous times, like just right now!) i leave my message but I NEVER get a call back I've missed out on two different appointments because i could not get someone to answer my call to see if they received paperwork from my PCP for medical clearance. I have to literally go in to speak to them, SO of course the soonest appointment is 6 months out! Its hard enough to get an appointment as an established patient Maybe they should not take on new patients until they can take care of the ones that are established. Why... read more
