If you want stuff broke on your boat that wasn’t when you dropped it ... this is the place to bring it .... no wonder it’s a ghost town
Dropped my boat off for a water pump, filter change and tune up. I asked them to call me with total price before repairs were done. They didnt call with price but called the next day and said boat was finished. Price was over $1000.00. They charged me 1.75 hrs labor to put in new battery and bolt new safety chains (old chains were already removed) on trailer. What a rip off. Went fishing 2 days after I picked boat up and boat couldn't even get on a plane. Couldn't get it over 2300 rpms. Totally disgusted. Now I know why they... read more
Business response:
Well for whatever it is worth, the chains that come 2 in a pack were too short so we ordered longer chains that came one to a pack and you were not charged twice. You did ask us to check performance issues if any and your spark plugs did need to be changed so we changed them. You can have your attorney look all you want but I do not do anything illegal. Do us both a favor and don't come back to Thomas Marine.
Sitting outside on a Wednesday at 430pm. Lights on, door locked, nobody answering phone. left message, no call back. No sign on door as to why no one is here. Not really happy right now.
Honest people! Go see Sam he will take good care of you.

First time boat owner... Bought a boat from Sam... He was a great guy to deal with... It was a used boat so it had little minor things that needed to be done and or added to the boat and Mr Sam took care of it without hesitation... Was a real pleasurable buying experience through Thomas Marine in Gonzalez, La. I would recommend anyone I know to do business here instead of there... Happy boating y'all..
