First visit was efficient. Did my MRI. Went back yesterday for follow up to discuss results. Spent 2 hours and 15 minutes waiting for Dr Thomas. Left at 1pm for a 10:45 appointment . NEVER saw Dr Thomas!. While staff was mostly pleasant what makes physicians think their time is more valuable than a patients? His office manager needs to book consultations on different days since Dr Thomas spends more than the 15 minutes between appointments. Supposed to have a telehealth appt to hear results….. still haven’t heard when this a... read more
