VERY BAD EXPERIENCE WITH DR. MONKS OFFICE. PRIOR TO MAKING MY APPOINTMENT I PROVIDED THE OFFICE MANAGER WITH MY COMPLETE INSURANCE INFORMATION SO THEY COULD VERIFY I WOULD BE COVERED FOR MY ANNUAL CLEANING-XRAYS. SHE CALLED BACK AND TOLD ME EVERYTHING IS COVERED 100% SO I DROVE AN HOUR TO KEEP MY APPOINTMENT. SHORTLY THEREAFTER THEY CALLED TO INFORM ME THAT THEY MADE A MISTAKE WITH REGARD TO MY INS. COVERAGE AND THAT I WOULD BE RESPONSIBLE FOR $250!!! APPARENTLY, THEY PARTICIPATE WITH DELTA DENTAL BUT NOT MY PARTICULAR PLAN.... read more

They staff paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff is extremely friendly and easy to deal with. I had to have a cavity filled and experienced a lot of pain during the procedure. I was told to hold on a little longer while my cavity was drilled. I did hold on until the pain was too much to deal with. After that I was given more pain medicine and the procedure was complete.
