Absolutely the worst experience with a doctor ever! He is rude and dismissive. I had to start over with another doctor who was wonderful and took care of my needs. Please avoid this doctor and Phoenixville Eye Care.
Would not recommend this Doc. Does not talk to you face to face, he spends your time with his face in the computer & his back to you. When my Daughter asked him a question about her problem, he told her to "wait, I'm trying to get this in the computer". Paid more attention to what her RX should be than the problem she went there for in the first place. Having trouble with lights at night & headaches. Gave her over the counter dry eye drops. Any more trouble, go to your primary Doc. POOR!!!!!!!!
I have never been treated so poorly and so rudely by a doctor in my entire life. I walked out of the office after he called me rude for asking for an explanation of my condition. I will never go back there.
