I’m giving one star because even though I really liked the staff and dentist, I got super scammy vibes. My daughter is autistic and had been having a lot of grinding at night and snoring and also has a really narrow palate. I wanted to get some info about myofunctional exercises or expansion. I would never recommend Expressions in Dentistry based on my experience. The communication in this office is some of the worst I've ever dealt with. It feels like the employees don't communicate with each other at all. One staff member tells you one thing, another has no idea what's going on, and by the time you see the doctor, everyone seems to be on a completely different page. I cannot recommend this dental office based on my experience. What should have been a straightforward consultation turned into an almost two-hour ordeal filled with poor communication, frustration, and what I felt was a lack of respect for me as a patient. I specifically explained why I was scheduling my appointment, but when I arrived, I was told something completely different. It seemed like no one in the office was on the same page. Dr. Ludlow and his incredible team are a class act. He is by far the best dentist I have ever had. Super smart, innovative, caring, kind, competent...and all this with the human touch instilled in everything they do at Expressions in Dentistry. They make me feel like time stands still when they put all their attention on my care. I highly recommend Dr. Ludlow.
