Wonderful Staff and very polite. Provides all scope of dental services and many dental insurance benefits to choose from for your dental health.
I’m giving one star because even though I really liked the staff and dentist, I got super scammy vibes. My daughter is autistic and had been having a lot of grinding at night and snoring and also has a really narrow palate. I wanted to get some info about myofunctional exercises or expansion. They said the first step is a sleep study so we had a sleep study done which was $500 out of pocket because they said they don’t offer it through insurance. I would never recommend Expressions in Dentistry based on my experience. The communication in this office is some of the worst I've ever dealt with. It feels like the employees don't communicate with each other at all. One staff member tells you one thing, another has no idea what's going on, and by the time you see the doctor, everyone seems to be on a completely different page. I cannot recommend this dental office based on my experience. What should have been a straightforward consultation turned into an almost two-hour ordeal filled with poor communication, frustration, and what I felt was a lack of respect for me as a patient.
