Arrived 10 mins late for our appt, my mistake. As soon as I got there, the door notice says to call upon arrival. I could not get my iphone any service. I finally got through about 5 mins later and apologized and told them that I realized we were late but also told them that I couldnt get through on my phone once I was there. Rude people. Walk ins are a joke. Spent a good part of the morning waiting. Couldn't give me a time frame. Had to leave.
Used to take our son here, could never get an appointment, and when we did they always cancelled at the last minute.
