Excellent experience. Friendly staff and very patient and listened to me.
Dr. Lombardi and his staff members were very helpful in checking us in on time n making sure we received the correct information in regards to our situation!
I was 12 minutes late due to traffic, and after being checked in and waiting 10 more minutes, they call me up and tell me that they have a “very clear” rescheduling policy if you’re more than 10 minutes late. This policy was not posted to me, or clearly stated anywhere in my scheduling documentation. I’ve never seen the dr within 10 minutes of my arrival, even on time. So it’s ok for the dr to be late, but not me. They offered to let me sit in the waiting room and hope another patient cancelled today, but no guarantee. Just ... read more
