We applied to rent a property from TKR. After they had our application fee in hand, they announced that they required papers or veterinary affidavit to prove the breed of our dogs. Because we got them from a friend, they are not papered, and vets will not take on the liability of labeling a mixed breed dog. Our experience with Nancy and Matt Marshall of Thomas Kay Realty went horrible from day one. The day we moved into our home the refrigerator broke. That was truly a sign of the things to come. One month after move in on the day we were to have our house warming party the sink clogged. The sent out a repair man a few days later and then BILLED ME to clear the drain line.
