2022 home. Every window has a failed seal. AC isn't really performing either. beautiful homes though.
I cannot possibly recommend TK homes more. They have me the most beautiful home I had ever dreamed I would have. I was heartbroken when we had to sell and move. The homes are filled with what other builders would call upgrades. Todd and Jim were always very nice and respectful through the process of the build and our home was a solid build. Highly recommend.
