Dr. Jones was recommended to me by a friend, and I'm glad I went to see him. He is a very caring, kind, so helpful, intelligent and understanding doctor who takes time to explain things, will show you your xrays to help you identify potential problems, and answers questions thoroughly. I would trust him if I need surgery in the future. The office staff, however are another story. You are not greeted upon arrival, when checking out, it seems as if they are not happy to be there. He is so really caring and patient and did a great job with my total hip replacement. Was back to work way sooner than I thought possible. Trumbull Memorial nurses were great too. I will have him do my other hip for sure.
This Dr likes to get to know his patients, and listens to them. I'd highly recommend!
Dr. Jones and his staff are awesome. Did a fantastic job on my knee and my sisters. Wonderful bedside manner and very kind and compassionate.
Dr. Tom is really caring and did a great job with my knee replacement. I wouldn’t go to anyone else in the area. His nurses on the floor were awesome too.
