My eye exam was GREAT! The wait wasn't long at all. Everyone was polite and very professional.
Appointmwnts are always very prompt
Once you get to see Dr. Jenkins he is a very professional and caring doctor. He introduced himself and answered all my questions by sitting at eye level to me. HOWEVER... the office and staff is HORRIBLE!! 3.5 Hours to see the Dr. Jenkins. When I asked the Check-In staff if they had an ETA they said "if you dont want to wait, you can reschedule" the ONLY bathroom is in the Main Waiting Area and not in the second. NO Water fountains.
