Great bedside manor. Dr. Laney and the whole staff are very professional while being friendly and personal. It is easy to trust in all of their abilities.
Wonderful experience, better than I thought. Very pleasant staff. Patient with me and my gagging. Would highly recommend them any time.

Everything was great. Doctor Laney and his staff have excellent bedside manners. The office staff is kind and professional. Great care was taken to make sure my child's recovery would be quick and as painless as possible.
I was very nervous but the staff helped me be at ease. I had instructions to help me after my mucocele procedure. I like the follow up appointments to put me more at ease and to tell me results of my procedure.
The staff and Dr. Laney were fantastic. Very thorough, caring an listen. Explained things so I could understand and answered questions. Cannot say enough nice things about them.
Overall the experience was great, nice people and I felt like I was in good hands, I would definitely recommend this place to everyone. Amazing doctors who are there to help you in person or on the phone. Was not disappointed at all.
My experience with Dr Laney and his staff has been excellent. The staff are so personable and like able. They always make me feel welcomed and even remembered. They all are so kind and thoughtful. The office is clean and organized.
