I had a great experience overall. I had no pain, no severe swelling. The staff worked hard getting me the best experience possible. I was able to utilize all 3 of my insurances, got my refund quickly, healed nicely, and never had any scheduling issue.
I was fortunate to be recommended Dr. Laney by a friend of mine for some dental problems that have plagued me most of my adult life. Ultimately it was recommended that I get a full replacement (diem). Throughout the entire process from the initial consultation through the surgery and follow up visits, everyone that I spoke with and visited was extremely friendly and provided a very welcoming experience. Staff did a great job explaining the procedure and after care instructions. I developed dry socket, Dr. Laney answered my call on a Sunday and I was seen the next day. Staff helped me out right away and made sure I felt comfortable. The whole experience with staff was great, they are all friendly.
Very polite and efficient staff. Other than the fact of having to have my tooth removed, the whole was very pleasant
The doctors did very well with my surgery. My recovery was took about a week, after that I felt great. I barely felt the cuts after the swelling went down. That made me feel like I had the best doctors taking are of me.
Dr Laney is great to visit. He always make sure I have a good understanding of what is going on and the staff is very friendly as well.
You all have been so very accommodating and thorough through this whole process. Being hesitant that my wisdom teeth needed to come out for the better part of 8 years, you put me at ease from the first visit. I could not be happier with everyone! I appreciate you all so much!
I am very appreciative of how kind and compassionate the entire staff are here at Dr. Laney's. I had no idea what to expect but have been very pleasantly surprised at how the office staff treated me, answered all my questions, and always made me feel like they were happy to do so. I would definitely recommend.
My overall experience was great. Second implant and everything went well. It healed in 3 months rather than 6 which is great! I am ready for my crown. I would recommend to anyone needing an implant, extraction, or anything that requires oral surgery. Surgeon is professional, knowledgeable, and has many years of experince. Staff is very friendly, professional and easy to work with.
