All dental staff, from the admitting clerk to the dental assistants, to Dr. Laney, are professional, courteous, and compassionate.
I am so happy with Dr.Laney's work my implant looks and feels amazing cant wait to see the final result. I will definitely recommend Dr.Laney to my friends and family .And a big thank you to the staff they were also so wonderful to me every time.
Dr. Laney was spectacular! So nice and reassuring, any issues/nervousness I had immediately melted away. He was so easy going and was just absolutely wonderful. One of the ladies who turned on the video and did my x-rays was really nice and easy to talk to (I do not remember her name but I know she was getting married), unlike one of the front desk personnel. She was pretty cold and smacked her gum really loudly the whole time I was talking to her, it was kind of rude.
He was humorous, honest, and explained to me what needed done in a very good way. The staff was very kind and made me feel like a friend. I highly recommend.
he was great through the whole process he was kind and the procedures were for the most part painless I felt like I was in excellent knowledgable hands.
The first time we came for the consultation appt we have to wait close to an hour to be seen. It would have been appreciated to know the reason for the wait. I understand if there is an emergency and the schedule gets backed up, but we were not informed. The rest of our visits the wait time was appropriate and usually about 10-15 minutes. The office staff and Dr. Laney are all very nice people. We were treated with courtesy and respect each time we visited or spoke on the phone.
This office is great! they where really kind and explained everything about the operation before hand and what your required to do before your surgery. If anything sometimes there a little slow but overall my experience here has been great!
Was a very positive experience. Everyone so friendly, helpful and answered our questions in a professional manner - as well as feeling like a friend of the family. The followup calls so much appreciated as well as answering my call to the office (tried hard not to bother you but was made to feel it was part of the service and feel free to call with any question) Highly recommended on my Facebook Page.
