I had cataract surgery with Dr Kim. My results are amazing. I’m glasses free. Better results than I could have hoped for!
This place is a billing scam. I called 4 separate times asking if my wife’s insurance and mine was taken at this facility. They didn’t tell me and the day before the appointment they said I have to fill out the consent form before they know. Once I filled out the form, they still said they didn’t know if I’m covered and to come in anyways without confirming. So we tried to cancel and they charged us a fee for that too.
Their accounting administrative department is horrible. Please save yourself the headache and go somewhere else. We tried calling multiple times to make sure they accepted our insurance. When they told us they couldn’t verify my husband yet but tried to get us to go still and they would give us an itemized receipt it just felt like a scam. I called back to cancel and they charged me a cancellation fee.
