Dr Gruber has done amazing surgery on my vp shunt. Jonathan has done amazing at yelling at me (while standing over me). They both decided I didn’t need my shunt and refuse to put one back in unless I go through lumbar punctures again. My back hurts from all the ones I had. I never overdrained with my shunt. I feel like my head is going to explode. But I don’t need it?
Dr Gruber was the rudest Dr I have ever been too!!!He even asked why I am in a rest home? He asked where my pain was. Setting in my wheelchair with a huge brace across my back I couldn’t point to the exact spot. But I said I guess the pain would be where my L4 has a broken bone. And also L3 & L4 are both bulging. He said he doesn’t know if putting cement in that bone would stop my pain.I told him I can barely lift my left leg.He said that could be a pinch nerve. To top it all he asked Bobby why he can’t take care of me @ home?He... read more
His staff are wonderful & always very helpful. Dr. Gruber is friendly, intelligent & gets to the bottom of the problem. He’s not “cut happy” & actually cares about the patient’s health. I wouldn’t go to anyone else!!
He and his nurse practitioner are rude and arrogant. My husband was in the hospital and they told me they would treat his head injury and nothing else. Wouldn’t listen to my concern about pain in his leg. He suffered 5 days with an undiagnosed broken femur and being made to do PT every day on broken leg. To shut me up they did X-rays and found the break. Started trying to release him from hospital that very day. They also over dosed him on medicine because the “dr” didn’t want my husband’s list of medicine because he got a l... read more
Dr. Gruber repaired the crushed L5 vertebrae in 2018. I have no pain and have resumed most activities I did before my accident. I highly recommend Dr. Gruber. I am grateful to him.
He performed surgery on my husband and greatly improved his quality of life! Thank you, Dr. Gruber!
Just had my second surgery. First was cervical. Second was lumbar. Both surgeries went well and so far very happy with my results.
Very nice man performed a extensive surgery on my wife with excellent results. Very knowledgeable in his field we put our life's in his hands.
Extremely arrogant. His medical advice after I was diagnosed with osteopenia was, "don't get fat."
