My friend is not able to reach anyone regarding a billing matter. She is getting shunted around. Orthopedic One is charging her $2000 for years-old therapy and sent it to a collection agency. Orthopedic One's accounting/billing department didn't send her claims into the insurance company before they dissolved. Now they are coming after her.
