My husband and I have been patients with Orthopedic one for many years, not sure why they have started to overbook appointments and make you wait 2 hours just to be called back to be seen. After waiting a lil over 2 hours you have to leave to get back to work without ever leaving the waiting room area or being seen. Our time is worth money too! They took our copay and said it will be applied to the next appointment 2 weeks out from today. Which he should not have to wait, he should be the first appointment of next morning. G... read more
