My friend is not able to reach anyone regarding a billing matter. She is getting shunted around. Orthopedic One is charging her $2000 for years-old therapy and sent it to a collection agency. Orthopedic One's accounting/billing department didn't send her claims into the insurance company before they dissolved. Now they are coming after her.
Staff was prompt & friendly. The nurse catered to my 2 yr old grandson.
Dr Rahul Biyani took time to examine and explain my condition.
I was able to schedule an appointment and be seen within a week of being referred to Ortho One by my PCP.
Dr. Backes provided me with all of my options, gave me honest opinions about my treatment options and then gave me the final decision.
I like all the doctors I have seen here and the therapists. Facility is always clean.
