Does this provider promptly return your phone calls? Definitely! They always call me back very quickly! Does this provider remember you by name? Every single time, even if it's been months since my last appointment!! Did you feel like this provider's office was understaffed? Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance Did this provider's staff seem to respect him/her? Yes, I could tell the staff respected him/her Would you recommend this dentist to others? Yes

Does this provider give unbiased advice? Absolutely! I always get sound, helpful, and completely unbiased advice! Were the restrooms clean at this provider's office? Yes, they were immaculate! Did this provider ever dismiss your concerns as unimportant? Never, they go out of their way to address every concern of mine immediately Was this provider's office too cold? Not at all, it was the perfect temperature Does this provider treat their staff well? Very! I've never seen an employer treat their staff better

Was this dentist's staff friendly? Yes Were you able to watch TV during your dental procedure? No, but I was able to read a magazine Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered? Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in Is this business in a safe neighborhood? Absolutely, It is the safest neighborhood around Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else? Definitely not; I received the best service ever!

Dr. Egan and his staff are always attentive and friendly, willing to accommodate my requests and busy schedule. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately. They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. Does this provider have a good professional reputation within your community? Definitely! Everyone knows they are the best around! Did this dentist give you your invoice promptly? Absolutely! They gave me my invoice before I had even asked for one Did this provider have reasonable prices? Yes Did the staff call you to remind you about your upcoming appointment? Yes, they called me a few days before my appointment Was this dentist's staff friendly? Yes, they went above and beyond
