Amazing man! During the last few years, he replaced both of my wife's hips and both of my knees, plus attended to my degrading knees for several years prior to the surgeries. Thorough descriptions of what was going on each visit. Answered my (rather in-depth) questions very well. Love his bedside manner. His nurse Penny gives similarly great service and in-depth descriptions of procedures and tests. I'm sorry that they will be retiring in approximately a year; Rockford's loss.

Worst Doctor appointment I have ever had. Waited 1 1/2 hours to see Doctor. Treated with no empathy...scolded for having emotion...my eyes were tearing up!!! Said. Don't you cry. repeatedly and loudly. He handpicked what I had been through for the last two years care giving for my husband

Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns? Not at all! They were happy to address every concern I had Was this provider late to your appointments? Sometimes, it was a little frustrating Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else? No, I don't think so Was it easy to find parking at this provider's office? Yes, it was convenient

Did this provider use excessive foul language? Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous! Was there annoying music playing while you waited or during your visit? No, if they had music on it was very soothing

Yes Is this provider's business conveniently located? Yes, it is very conveniently located Does this provider offer any coupons, discounts or promotions? Not that I have seen Was this provider's staff friendly? Yes
