Dr. Croy is excellent in every aspect.
This was my first visit to this provider to see if I need knee replacement, and if I felt comfortable with him doing the surgery. I felt that he explained what is going on with my knee, what to expect from my surgery and recovery. He listened to my concerns and addressed each. He worked me into his schedule even though trays took longer than anticipated, and I did not feel like he rushed through the appointment but took his time to address all my concerns. Dr Croy has an excellent reputation among friends on whom he has operated.
Waiting time to see the doctor was over 30 minutes, but it was the end of the day and staff were very busy. Dr Cory has my complete confidence in his abilities to diagnose and treat my condition.
Dr Croy is very thorough in explaining my current condition. He explaining it in a way that is easily understood.
Dr. Croy was exceptional. He was fully prepared for our conversation and did an excellent job of describing the procedure which was prescribed for my injury treatment. He was compassionate, attentive and authoritative. He put me at complete ease knowing I was in good hands.
