It was organized and I got the info I was looking for.
I am so thankful Dr. Sherman was willing to see me for a second opinion about my foot fractures. He explained my options thoroughly and made me feel supported in my decision. He answered all my questions at my initial appointment and recent follow up. He is very knowledgeable and helps normalize the healing process which puts my mind at ease.
The front desk and supporting staff were exceptional. They made you feel seen and heard. However, Dr. Sherman’s bedside manner has a lot to be desired. He briefly looked through some X-rays, told me to get another test, did not even look at the problem and exited the room throwing my receipt of my co-pay at me. He may have spent 5 minutes with me. I felt like a piece of trash leaving there. If you have options of other Doctors at OAL, steer clear of this one. Shame, actually….
