IF I could give a ZERO star I would have-AVOID at all costs. Very conceited practice and this includes Dr. Hoover. Incorrect billing on a consistent basis, office manager is hostile, rude and condescending. She also can't explain a bill. Other examples of their poor service: Dr. Hoover went out of network for Delta Dental in January 2025-I scheduled an appointment for cleaning and was billed for an out of network visit.
