This was my initial visit with Dr Hoover for an assessment/recommendation. Dr Hoover and assistant were very thorough, extremely knowledgeable, courteous, explained every phase of his exam in easy to comprehend terms and also has a sense of humor to add to the relaxed but professional experience of his practice. I felt as I was in good hands from start to finish. He put all the results on a large screen to give me visible results of the data from which he made his assessment.
