We stumbled into Thomas Hill Organics and it was an amazing dining experience! We started with the oysters and the special, bone marrow with pork belly and octopus, they were both so delicious. For dinner I had the whole branzino and my husband had the pork shank one of the best meals we've had. If you are in Paso you should stumble into Thomas Hill Organics for a great meal in a fantasic atmosphere.
I've always really loved the ambiance of this place, and of course the food. And now the raw bar? Yes please!

The food was terrific, unique flavors, nice presentation . The outside patio area could use a sprucing up (kind of unclear what the theme is...is it eclectic?, French country?, can't tell and it's not consistent with the interior either...looks a little run down although the canopy above looks nice/new
My new favorite restaurant in Paso! The best scallops I've ever had; most perfectly prepared and oh so delicious! Everything was so wonderful!
